I'm an organizational and executive change advisor and coach. My passion lies in helping leaders effect major change successfully, and become the person they yearn to be.
For over 20 years I've been motivated by one simple question:
"What makes people behave the way they do?"
This question has carried me through a journey that has spanned hundreds of projects in dozens of countries and impacting millions of people. It has provided me with the opportunity to work with some of the most exceptional leaders in government and the private sector in the Middle East and around the world.
I spent my early career in turnaround and organizational transformation consulting roles first PricewaterhouseCoopers and then with Charles River Associates. I was then offered the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to help design and lead the Dubai Government institutional reform program.
Currently, I have the privilege to serve as an advisor at the Prime Minister's Office of the United Arab Emirates, a country that in many ways is at the cutting edge in the region and around the world.
